N-C (not cleaned)CleanReady to shipScreeningsEmptyBins 6 and 33 are overflow bins (6 passes through to the hopper batcher); they are normally empty. Tap a bin for details. Corner number = capacity in t of peas (≈ board number × 1.07: the board numbers are for flax, 56 lb/bu, peas are 60 lb/bu); “?” = corner hard to read, check.
Spouts, as written on the board: 13 direct spout → truck · 2 wagon return & back hopper · 7 to old elevator.

Capacities, t
Tonnes of peas (≈): board corner numbers are for flax, multiplied by 1.07 (60 lb/bu ÷ 56 lb/bu). Fix any that are wrong; blank = unknown. For flax, divide by 1.07. Yard bins 51–53: 200 t of flax (5 rings + hopper) = ≈ 214 t of peas. Raw bin: 6 rings × 12 t flax = 72 → ≈ 77 t of peas. Screening bin (6 rings) and bin 19 hold screenings, which pack denser: capacity shown in t of screenings (× 1.14 from flax): ≈ 82 and ≈ 39.
Backup & share
Everything lives on this phone only. Copy a backup now and then; paste it on another phone to carry the data over.
Excel for Roquette and Glen
Roquette rows: one row per movement of each truck lot, columns in the order of the Grain Handling Template (ENTRY sheet). Paste them into the template. Daily inventory: Glen's by-bin sheet.
Shared book (server)
One book for all phones. Paste the token you were given and tap Connect (on the server copy the address fills in by itself). The phone with the writing token writes; phones with the viewing token only look. Without a token the journal stays on this phone only.
Scanner mail
The scale scanner e-mails each ticket to the book's mailbox. The server reads that mailbox every 10 minutes and puts each ticket into Journal as a DRAFT: open it, check the numbers against the paper, save. Tap to read the mailbox right now (writing phone only).
Start over
Loads the chalkboard readings of 21 Oct 2026 (≈, read from photos) as the opening balance and clears the journal.
